Has anyone encountered this problem? In certain names such as Greene, Gregory, Gray, when the Letters Gr are entered to start the sequence, the first name listed beginning with Gr shows on the screen, followed by two colored blocks about 6-8 rows each in height. Just the colored blocks with no text showing.
I have tested several databases and find same results in all, It does not present this problem on any name such as Gore that has a vowel as the second letter. These names select properly as do all others tested. This seems to be a fluke that involves only those names starting with Gr and such names as FRanklin, BRadly or BRown work as expected. Any solution or ideas would be appreciated. George
