Razzak, I was working from my house connected to the computer at my workplace. AS far as I know (after asking the office manager) there have been no changes made on my computer in the office.
I am now on site and the same problem occurs on other machines in the office, but only in the form design mode. I have created a report today with no problem and working in the RBASE explorer area has not been a problem. The scroll bars are what comes up automatically in the designer. They are not part of the form itself. When I try using the scroll bars and it locks up, the task manager is the only thing that will shut it down. As I mentioned before, this happens even in RRBYW14.
