Marc, On my vertical apps I use an owner password that only I have. All users are assigned a unique USERID and password. The user can change their password any time that they want. I also use the property command to limit access to menus and sub menus. It works great.

In other words each computer would have a different password each day. Currently I have a system that changes daily but could be the same for 2 or more computers.
