I use Outlook Express. Try to keep my Inbox # limited, so search for key words "from" or "to" so I can move all existing emails at once to my RBase email subfolder.
I searched for FROM: "rbase" and moved a few results. However, MOST of the emails from this group were NOT found in search. I tried [RBASE], but no results. Is there a way I can locate all these emails with search within Outlook Express so I don't have to locate them individually to move? Thank you. Cathy Grimes Huntington Beach, Calif
