Razzak,

I appreciate your position. I will do what I can to get up to date, but a lot
of things are out of my hands at the moment. My employer is aware of the
situation. Believe me, I covet all the enhancements I am missing.

That said, this problem had nothing to do with being out of date.
The feedback from the users was invaluable in helping point the finger at the
real problem.

I received excellent verification that my RBASE methodology was not the
problem, so I could call on the correct person here to fix the access rights on
the SQL database.

Very Best R:Regards,
Dennis

FWIW, R:BASE 7.6 Update 3 (Build: 7.6.3.30314) was released
on March 14, 2008, over a year ago.

Current available Update and Build of R:BASE 7.6 of Windows:
Update 7, Build: 7.6.6.0315

Upcoming Update and Build of R:BASE 7.6 for Windows:
Update 7, Build: 7.6.7.0420 to be available on 04/20/2009.

Do you know how many updates and builds of R:BASE 7.6 are
released since then?

Do you know how many enhancements have been implemented and
how many reported bugs have been squashed since then?

Well .. do yourself and most importantly your employer a big
favor to update everything so they can take advantage of the
latest versions and updates.

Obviously, we all have our choices, but to be fair to the
dedicated people that volunteer their valuable time to help
others on the list, there is an assumption the person they
are helping is doing his or her part to keep up-to-date,
averting wasted time chasing long quashed issues.

So.. let's not clobber this rbase-l list with same drum beat,
not everyone on this list knowing the reason and causing the
confusion for those who keep themselves up-to-date.

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
