I have run into an odd error -- again -- in trying to enter data into a form
which I have designed to enter the information about exhibitors who have
contracted for tables in a small trade show. It's not a complex application
or form.
Every time I try to enter data via the form, I get the popup ERROR Form "
not found and everything locks up. I cannot enter/add any data, and getting
out of this is a several-step process.
I have seen this before, but it has never been a persistent as it is today.
I'm stumped at what is going on, and I cannot find any explanation of this
error message.
I'm using R:Base 7.6 with the latest update installed, working under Windows
XP with SP3.
