Hi All...:
This fellow is a legitimate programmer who has been doing some work for
Boyd Wichman. My understanding from Boyd was that he has a programming
background, but not with Rbase. He is an immigrant from Eastern Europe,
and a little hard to understand. So he is legit, I just don't know what
he knows. Perhaps Boyd Wichman can fill us in better.
