I just finished adding a red circle on balances on statements when the account is past due. If the last payment is over 40 days, Red circle on the balance, if the payment is within 40 days no circle.
Also, I may add a text message on a slant using red ink and one of those hand writing fonts saying something like .... "Please call, is there a problem ..." Just having fun too Marc
