Marc, I am joining this a little late in the process...Sorry
if these have already been addressed.

Two questions...
1. Why are you using a Pause Command?
2. Why use a Project...where count=0 then insert? Wouldn't
it be better to use project...using columns desired where
custnum = .vaptcust. This eliminates one step out of the
    process.

In addition:

. What version and update of R:BASE is your office using?

. What version and update of R:BASE are you using?

. What do you know about their setup and other loaded programs
or any services running on their workstation?

. Are they using the full version or a compiled application?

. If they are using a compiled application, when was the last
time you have updated or provided them with the latest updates?

. If you and your offices are using the latest versions of R:BASE,
are you able to replicate the same scenario on your workstation?

. Have you re-visited your application and old routines in your
code to take full advantage of R:BASE settings/enhancements?

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
