[RBASE-L] - Selection criteria based upon sub-reports

Is there a way to select records that print based upon the table in the main 
report as well as the table in the sub report?
 
I can get records from the main table by using a condition in a WHERE clause, 
but don't know how to select based upon columns in the sub report.
 
Using V8.
