Technically, you will have to create a custom label using the label designer.

While in Label Designer, use the Page Setup to assign Printer, Paper Size, Paper Source, Layout, and Margins.

Take a look at the "ProductLabel" included with RRBYW14, RRBYW15, or RRBYW16 to understand the concept of designing custom labels.

The program allows me after I setup a label (with an AVERY default) to access the WASP formats but still no place to change to the WASP labels themselves.

In other words, there are no WASP label templates.
