Row locking enabled and users in the database? Maybe find a time that everyone is logged out of RBase and if you want to use Total Commander or Windows copy/paste. I know in the past I had issues and stay away from using copy when users are logged in. Unless you use a copy command from RBase and it watchs the locked tables etc... for you.
