Just tried the same thing on a local machine. Intel Dual Core 2.4 and did the unload and reload-pack without any errors.
RBase 7.6.7.30701 Run CCleaner and check disks and environment settings. Unless somebody else sees the same thing. I run this routine just about every night and I just ran it again just to make sure I didn't miss something.
