I've got a scrolling region with a navigation bar.
If I start a new row, the cancel and undo buttons on the bar are disabled.
Because of a database rule, I cannot get off the row without throwing an error.

Is there a way to delete the row?  F9 will work but I want to avoid having to 
instruct the users.
I would have thought the delete button on the navigation bar would have been 
the ticket.
