I bet your users are NOT using R:BASE 7.6 or higher version of R:BASE.
FWIW, after years of private beta, R:BASE 7.5 was officially released
on October 21, 2005.
Almost three years later, the product reached its End of Support (EOS)
and End of Life (EOL) on September 30, 2008.
. R:BASE 7.6 for Windows has been available since October 21, 2006
. Currently available version of R:BASE 7.6 for Windows: 7.6.7.30803
. Currently available version of R:BASE Turbo V-8: 8.0.21.30803
I gave them my standard advice when I don't know what to do ReBoot
computers Autochk, Unload All
This will work ONLY if they have the fully licensed version of R:BASE,
and not the Runtime/Compiled version of your R:BASE application.
