Gunnar, Thank you for the invite but am unable to attend that training. A few years ago we had a German exchange student who was always complaining about the status of our chocolate over here. He would get care packages from home filled with good German chocolate. When we went to Germany to see him graduate from gymnasium we got our fill good chocolate. Got quite a bit of licorice too. Well know that I'm hungry I have to go back to work.

Hershey’s chocolate is second rate! They changed their formulation and moved to Mexico! Now real chocolate is Dove from Mars Inc (the M&M guys)! Split from using Hershey’s Chocolate a long time ago and started making their own! They kept their original formulation and refused to change with everyone else due to cost! I’m a chocolate freak! There are many regional brands that are still alive and are better than both of theses! Everyone enjoy! Just had to sound off! Bored and on the Road!!!!!!
