I wish to thank Razzak for a very informative session this last week demonstrating the features of v9. There are a lot of tweaks and features under the hood and it is almost mind boggling. He did address a few small annoyances and we all got current versions to take home. This is why these sessions are so valuable. Us end users get to toss our two cents in the pile and discuss the values of each feature, and maybe tweak some old ones to make them more useful. Especially cool is the new enhanced RTF editor - has all the features I and my users ever asked for - tables, grids, etc. The Enhanced DBGrid is pretty souped up also. The scrolling regions can now handle graphics and radio buttons. We also went over the intricacies of crosstab reports and sub reports, and tips/tricks to make things look good. There were some nice classmates and we all seemed to enjoy the class once the headache went away from all that information! It was nice to see R:base "emeritus" David Blocker there, some of us dinosaurs still have some of his publications. Overall it was a productive two days. Bob C
