Marc, If you have full version Acrobat, you can send it to the Acrobat printer to make it into an acrobat file, then open it with full version Acrobat and use the built in OCR Text recognition feature (Documents - OCR Text Recognition) Then after it is converted, export it back to a word file. It's not perfect but It gets you 90% there..
