I have a command file launching Adobe Acrobat from an R-Base form. The command file pulls several variables from the form and launches a specific PDF file. One of the variables is an integer that corresponds to a specific location within this multi-page PDF document to be searched.
Currently all I am able to do is launch the correct PDF file, but have to manually embed the integer value into the search feature within adobe, then search for this specific location within the adobe document. Does anyone have a code solution to take this process the final step? ------ PASS THE INTEGER VARIABLE TO ADOBE, OPEN THE SEARCH FEATURE, EXECUTE THE SEARCH, AND HIGHLIGHT THE SPECIFIC LOCATION WHERE THIS VALUE RESIDES. This value is unique and occurs only one time in the PDF document.
