Declare var of the columns using a select command using the AVG function.

Do a quick search in help (RBase) "avg" 'list of' - pretty well sums up
the function for you. <no pun on the sum- but you could get that also from
the aggregate functions.>

Hope this helps, or at least gets you going.

Sincerely,

Paul D

Daniel,

Do you need something like a cross-tab report?

Please provide some sample data and/or how you want the data to display so
that we can better help you.

Thanks,

Adriana

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Multiple averages in a data portion of report...is it
possible???

I've got another one.....

I'm trying to create a report displaying multiple averages of multiple times

based on a range of dates date but for the life of me i cannot come up with
how to
generate the averages. I have also tried to accomplish this task with
multiple sums in the data section to no avail. I'm sure it is not a grand
task
but i'm stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've used the dbcalc function in multiple configurations
as well as trying some things with sub re-ports but
i haven't had much success

Thanks,
Daniel
