By the way Boyd!  The un-encrypt does work.   Read RBase 'Help' very carefully 
and post if you have ANY questions.  It is best to set a var = to 
'Your_Password' a BIG hint here 'Ok'.

Then run the command.  I recall a bit of difficulty in the past on this issue, 
about 1.5 years ago.   Test twice before deploy!   <g>  but be safe.
