List: In case this problem ever happens to anybody else, this procedure appears to have fixed this issue on both computers, Vista and XP Pro.
1. Run Registry Mechanic and fix registry errors. 2. Run program John Minyo sent me that sets the RBase Registry settings back to the defaults. 3. Install the latest RBase Update. No problems since I did this procedure. I did not test in between the three steps. Kenny
