The dot net part is meaningless unless it is going to be a Web based 
application then, the Dot Net might have some meaning in the development 
cycle AIUI, the web forms are developed in the Visual Studio IDE in much the 

way that regular forms are developed, with the exception that you cannot 
replicate every windows control in a web envrionment.  If it is just a GUI 
driven front end, there won't be any substantial difference.  Forms are 
forms no matter what.  But you surely remember Karen's comments last week 
about one of here customers spending half a million bucks to develop a Dot 
Net app to replace her old reliable RBase app.  Pretty sure there can't be 
anything near the bang for the buck you can give them with RBase.
