Mike, Thanks for jogging my memory. I had set QUALCOLS to 2 at least a year ago along with FASTLOCK and STATICDB.
However somewhere along the line my config file was overwritten with and the defaults were in place. I've changed it back and am looking to see if some of my challenges get rectified.
