But is it REQUIRED that staticdb and fastlock be on in order to use qualcols 2? Or just a suggestion? Would you lose the benefit of 2 if you didn't not turn the others on? Not sure how fastlock works, but you would have to disconnect the database if you were required to turn staticdb on and you normally have it off (I think only one of my clients has staticdb on).
