If this is still the 6.5 stuff, you need to say so in prefacing your
question so people don't needlessly answer with something that doesn't
apply.
I have no way to test 6.5, but in certain instances a playback file might
work, excepting that 6.5 has no functional equivalent of an OnEnter EEP for
the note field itself, so getting that to fire at the appropriate time would
be the challenge (sorry, I haven't used 6.5 since 7.0 was in beta).
Truth of the matter is, if your users want you to be able to make 6.5 "jump
through hoops", you would do better to simply say that It cannot be done
with an environment that is MANY years behind the current versions of RBase,
which can not only "jump through hoops" it can "leap tall buildings in a
single bound".

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Getting to end of a line of text in a existing note
field.
Can any one recommend a good way to get the end of a existing line of
text in a note field with code. Maybe a entry eep.
.
We have a form with a large note field in it and we may start to enter
text in it and then leave the field. When the user comes back to it to
add additional text to the note you start at the begging of the line
of text and they really want to be at the end of the line to continue
typing. They can hit the end key and get to the end of the line of text
but would like to make it easer on them.
