I wanted to take this chance to thank everyone at RBTI on this list. I know we all talk about how they provide us with service that is second to none but they have gone above and beyond for me this week. I discovered a pesky glitch in eXtreme 9.0 and they came through for me to make me look good with my client. With nearly 30 years of software experience under my belt I can safely say that no other software company out there would do what they did for me this week (and you all will benefit too).
