Most likely, the Cummins Jetsort came with some kind of SDK or
technical specs regarding the hardware and communication channels.
All you will need to do is to create a custom "R:BASE Plugin" to
integrate your hardware with R:BASE to automate data input and
everything else that is required.

Will received data be entered through a form?, to a newly created
table?, to an existing table?, etc.
