Marc,

I just ran this on a 7.6 database with all the forms compressed and it works 
fine.  I think you've got other issues.  Have you done an unload/reload lately? 
 You might also make sure you have the latest and greatest plugin RBL.  Mine 
may not be the latest but they are dated 7/1/2009.
