Alastair, First, thanks for hanging on to those UK Pounds for your next version of R:BASE eXtreme 9.0. That is so very thoughtful! It's funny you mentioned turning a few pounds into dollars. Two weeks ago I was asked the same question of turning AED into USD while I was on a business trip to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. My simple answer was, let us do our job, and when we are ready, you will all know. No rush. If I was so anxious to turn those pounds or AEDs into dollars, I would have to release the product earlier, and compromise the secret of our success, not remembering how we got here and the reasons which made us who we are today. Rest assured that R:BASE Technologies is a very healthy, and most importantly, an independent corporation that doesn't want to rush to release a product. Our Government and Corporate Customers have been a great part of our success in delivering a product that has lived up to their highest expectations. Having said that, I must admit that making R:BASE eXtreme 9.0 has been a great experience for me as well as everyone involved. With the help of all our private beta testers, and our Government and Corporate customers who have gone live with their mission critical applications since late last year, the product has certainly matured; we are planning one more update on February 14, 2010. Then, we will let the product go through all the checks and balances, resolve any pending items, and come up with a plan to officially launch the product. So, that is the scoop! Please stay tuned ... Very Best R:egards, Razzak.
