I copied your structure to a dummy DB I have

I run the structure and I run the code.

It works just fine It created  the permanent tables ok

It created the temp tables ok

So I don’t see any issue!??!

add the –a to the shortcut but still having issues.

and double check your scratch settings, if you set it to c:/temp as
recommended then everyone connected via RDP is using the same directory for
temp data.  Just curious are these all off site users?
