Karen,

What about using smaller paper and printing extra copies. You can get stock
blank paper in say a 8.5 x 5 or 8.5 x 8.5, pretty much sizes and then print
your 3 copies. That is what we do for Araho Bill of Ladings, trucking
companies want smaller pages the letter size so we buy paper in 8.5 x 8.5 and
print 3 copies, no cutting or perfs, just make sure the printer can handle the
size, then create a custom form in the control panel - printers - File - Server
properties - Forms tab - create new form

Dan: No, they don't need carbons. They will just separate the pieces and send
one to the customer and keep one for their files.

Mark: That's what I was worried about, that you can't just go to your local
Office Max and buy this perforated paper. I could print multiple copies on one
plain page, but then they would have to cut them apart, and I know they won't
like that. "Blank check stock" is exactly what I need, I think.

Paul: I'm emailing you privately for your source!

We have our copiers(which are our printers) staple the papers into two or three
part as they come out.

If they need to write through the copies I use xerox carbonless paper

It is expensive though. I try to find an alternate way if possible.
