Other support sites have these kind of discussions too.
It is part of the process.

I think it is a plus when there is such a discussion and piece by piece, R:BASE 
comes out shining. 

We have been chided lately for taking discussions off-line.

You can't have it both ways.  Our discussion was professional and arrived at 
the correct conclusion.  

I learned a couple of new things in the process and I'm sure others have too.

When you notice the same subject [topic] is being discussed
back and forth for over 24 hours, going nowhere, and having
nothing to do with R:BASE, it creates confusion as well as
misconception to our new members on this R:BASE list.

However, if someone really needs to know the proper use of
any control, I for one, love to demonstrate the POWER and
FEATURES of R:BASE!
