Why just the one printer?  This makes no sense to me.  It works on
virtually every other printer in the company.

The problem is that the variables being used for subtotals are not being
cleared.  DBCalcs are a better approach; otherwise, in the Before
Generate
action, set the subtotal variables to zero.

We have a RICOH 5560.  When a report is rendered to the screen, all
subtotals and totals appear fine.  As soon as the print button is
clicked the totals double on the screen and on the printed copy.  It
doesn't do this on other printers.  Anyone have any idea what causes
this and what we can do to stop it.
