I'm now [relatively] successfully using Extreme on the Mac via Parallels
with a Windows XP virtual machine, which I transported from my laptop.
I am a single seat user and, therefore, use function keys a lot for
Edit, etc. I'm working in coherence mode, which lets me switch between
Mac and PC. The issue I'm having is that the F1 through F4 keys stay
functioning as Mac shortcuts, so I have to use the mouse to enter the
edit mode. (also affects Excel spreadsheets)
Is there a way to program/reprogram shortcut keys in R:Base to get
around this? I work a lot with name/address type databases and do a lot
of edits, so any help would be appreciated to speed up my work. I'd
also love to be able to jump to the next field when I use the Enter key
in Edit mode.
