Don't have a network to test at the moment. Brought up 2 sessions of RBase. Brought my form up in one session. I'm on the form in read-only mode. In the other session did an edit of the table, changed a value and it accepted it. So it doesn't conflict with one user with 2 sessions open. So I wouldn't think it would behave differently with 2 completely different users...
