I copied the RBL, my db and your code, modified for my db to
C:\RBIT\RBG76
Still row size 0? for all tables
Now I am really scratching my head

In a development environment, all Plugins (.RBLs) MUST be
placed in the same folder with R:BASE Executable(s), such
as, \RBTI\RBG76 in your specific case.
In a compiled application environment, all Plugins (.RBLs)
MUST be placed in the compiled .exe folder.
