Here's how:

01. Start

    R:BASE 7.6 (Build: 7.6.8.30511)
    or
    Turbo V-8 (Build: 8.0.23.30511)
    or
    R:BASE eXtreme 9.0 (32) Build: 9.0.1.10503
    or
    R:BASE eXtreme 9.0 (64) Build: 9.0.1.10503

02. CONNect dbname

03. Database Explorer | Tables

    Select appropriate table and double-click to open selected table

04. Use [F4] key or click on [Switch Edit/Browser Mode] icon to turn 
the dataset
    from Browse into Edit mode.

05. Now make any changes and use [Down-Arrow] key to scroll to the next row

That's all there is to it!
