Marco,

You can look up the file name and use a variable (vimage).  

I would try LAUNCH .VIMAGE or LAUNCH &VIMAGE

I have it now working to start with a button on a form just the EEP:

Launch 0020.dcm and it is shown in the viewer.

What is the EEP command if the image name is in the table/column: 
dicom/dicom ?

Launch ????????
