Joan: setting up "stationery" on your report is really fast. I'm assuming you've worked with page styles? Work on one report, set your page style "position" to 9.5 inches, carefully locate and test all the things you want on your stationery. Then all you need to do for every other report is locate the same size page style, copy the controls and paste. Very quick.

How nice it would be to have your > stationery for reports print out as part of the report by using a theme > (not just on the screen) and not have to set it up in the designer. > Joan
