[RBASE-L] - Data Types in Views (Was and Is Related To: Record-To-Record Equality Test?)

My initial at bat with the SUBTRACT approach revealed an issue
originating in my VIEW DDL, pertaining to data types, specifically NOTE.

So, is it possible in VIEW DDL to specify the Data Type, even if the
result-set data is NULL?
