BTW, you do not need to add the EMAIL_ATTACHMENTS; by default it will attach
the file specified on FILENAME. If you leave that option, I seem to recall
that you will get the file attached twice.

I'm using the above code - I see the email dialog open and when I send - I
do not receive the email - how do I setup email up???
do I need to EMAIL_HOST;EMAIL_USERID,EMAIL_PASSWORD ...
