Having a conflict of printing reports in development system of v9 (64,
6/04) and the exact same reports failing to print in complied v9 (5/11).

1. Database on network Drive Y.
2. Development system uses Drive Y database to create a PDF, a
dialog progress message, a file completed message, a viewer shows the
file, report ID info is saved in a table to call up the file later, and
PDF is stored in a non-database subdirectory. Works every time.
3. Complied version goes to the exact same database but chokes when
developing the PDF file. Viewer says PDF file cannot be opened. Process
actually falls out of order. The dialog progress message comes up after
the file completed message.
4. Using Acrobat Reader pulls up development system created PDF
immediately. Acrobat says the compiler created PDF is damaged.
5. Restart all machines and Compiled V9 will put out PDF as
requested . . . sometimes.
6. Stripped out all pipes from PDF to have only what was absolutely
needed.
7. Can there be conflicts between the dlls? I keep an up to date
copies of development and compiler on Y. I noticed the compiler stopped
using the Longhorn themes I've used for a long time and simply puts out
XP forms. Development runs Longhorn all the time. Autochk, rebuild show
no errors. Memory problems? All done on the same machine.

Where do I begin looking for what could be causing this? This worked
under development and compiled v8 all the time.
