Hello Razzak,
I solved my report problem.
It simply had to do with the properties of the subreport.
When I set it to 'child' then the problem arises as described.
When I set it to 'fixed' all is OK.
Fortunately the subreport doens't have to grow in this application.

Thanks a lot, Razzak,
I will have a look at it this evening.
Anyway, my sincere thanks for your involvement and the help you and
everyone on the forum provide.
And I 'm almost convinced now that anything is possible with R:base.
Hope to finish my project in two months.
No worries, Luc!
Good luck with the project and let us know if you need any help,
or sample application to help you understand everything in R:BASE!
Very Best R:egards,
Razzak.
