If my memory serves, I believe it is a generic error message that Rbase triggers when a rule is broken. RBase (I think) builds a custom message that it displays when this triggered.
A long time ago, (6.5 I think) In one place in my code where I would occasionally trap this message in an error log, I set rules off and try again as a work around. It seemed to have fixed (worked around) the issue.
