I just read about themes and it states forms appearance may be different
after applying themes.

I believe themes override settings like that.

        I have read the HELP on bit buttons and it states, "Specifies
the background color of the object' 

        No matter what color I pick, the button always stays the same
background color. 

        I have even tried using the PROPERTY commands to make the
background color GREEN in On after Start EEP.

        This is a form brought up while in another form.

        Latest version of 7.6
