Is anybody experiencing this problem and is there a simple fix? thanks for your help

I am running 9.0(64) 9.0.2.20701 and just began to experience a problem
with dbnavigator - I am working with a form with custom wallpaper - when
the form is activated - the dbnavigator appears briefly and then
disappears- when you put you cursor on the spot, the dbnavigator appears
and remains.
