Hi,

Will there in the coming update also more features in the blob editor to 
add, change / update images with text, lines, boxes, etc ?

You should be able to customize Rich Text Bullets and Numbers.

Upcoming update of R:BASE eXtreme 9.0 (Build: 9.0.2.10809)
includes more advanced options to customize Bullets & Numbers.
