If there are other users that I don't want to go to the R>, I use a dialog
asking for a password to the R>.

Without knowing all other details, I suggest the following:
Update the RBASE.DAT file as follows:
-- RBASE.DAT
G:
CD G:\RBDATA
CONNECT dbname
CLS
EDIT USING formname
IF (CVAL('NetUser')) <> 'MSinclair' THEN
DISCONNECT
EXIT
ENDIF
RETURN
-- Edit Custom EEP
CLOSEWINDOW
RETURN
Note: Using the EXIT command in a Variable/TableView based
is not a good idea. EXIT command should not be used from
within an active window, such as form.
