Hello Luc,
The RBThemes9.dll must be located in your R:BASE program directory
in order for the "Themes specific" menus to appear.
Either you have moved the DLL, or you have chosen the "Compact
Installation" option when R:BASE was first installed.
You may reinstall R:BASE eXtreme 9.0 and select either "Custom" or
"Full" for your local installation.
The R:BASE eXtreme 9.0 installer includes the following options
when loading R:BASE onto a computer:
. Full
. Compact
. Custom
. Server
